Its a 400 year old pub

 

A traditional, family ran country pub, built in the 1600’s hugely popular for its traditional food. The New Inn has so much history within its walls and it has kept the warm fireside appeal for many years holding its coaching inn appeal.

The New inn is in the countryside but is easily reached as it is set between Coalpit Heath and Yate on the main A432. Booking for lunch or evening meal is strongly advised as the pub is hugely popular for its traditional food, great gluten free menu, fine ales and traditional cider. Patrons travel for miles to sample its cuisine, or just to sip a drink by the log fire.

As a family friendly pub, The New Inn hosts one of the best, if not the best children’s play area for miles. Set in its large garden, with many benches, summer marquee, winter pods, its aways worth a visit if you have some active children and enjoy a good pint.
